Consent is collected explicitly through our digital web forms, service sign-up flows, and initial account creation processes. Users must check a clear opt-in box to participate in SMS communications.

3. Voluntary Participation

Providing consent for SMS messaging is not a condition of purchase or the use of any ResortFare services. Participation is entirely voluntary.

4. Rates and Frequency

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on user interaction, property events, and system alerts.

5. Revocation of Consent

You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message received. Alternatively, you may contact ResortFare support directly to request manual removal from our messaging lists.
